Clinical Sites

At the University of Washington Psychiatry Residency Program, our residents have the unique opportunity to train at a diverse array of clinical sites across the greater Seattle area. These sites offer comprehensive exposure to a wide spectrum of psychiatric conditions and treatment modalities, ensuring that our residents develop the expertise necessary to provide exceptional care to patients from all walks of life.

Our clinical training sites include top-tier academic medical centers, community hospitals and clinics, and specialized outpatient clinics, each offering distinct learning experiences. From working with underserved populations to engaging in cutting-edge research and innovative treatment approaches, our residents gain hands-on experience in various settings that give exposure to the complexities of psychiatric practice.

We are proud to partner with these esteemed institutions, where our residents contribute to and learn from a community dedicated to mental health excellence. The breadth and depth of training at our clinical sites equip our residents with the skills and knowledge to become leaders in psychiatry.
